The following terms and conditions outline our shipping policy.

All orders are typically processed within 4–5 business days. An estimated delivery timeframe will be displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Please note that processing and delivery times may occasionally be affected by stock availability or larger orders being fulfilled outside of the website, which can result in short delays. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In some cases, orders may be delivered on a Saturday at the courier’s discretion, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

LightComm is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, including tariffs, taxes, or import duties, are the responsibility of the customer.

LightComm is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim and notify us as soon as possible so we can assist where appropriate.
