The Purelux Panther S540 Gen3 is a very powerful LED bar that combines high performance, a precisely optimised combination beam, and a stylish design. This light offers two different power modes: the road-legal mode for standard driving and the unrestricted PowerBoost® mode, which unleashes maximum light output for off-road use. Switching between modes is simple with the push of a button on the lamp body, without the need for additional wiring.

In PowerBoost® mode, the Panther S540 Gen3 produces up to 15,238 lumens with a range of 645 meters (@ 1 lux). The memory function ensures the light powers back on in the last mode used, making operation seamless.

The beam pattern is a balanced combination of width and distance, opening broadly to the sides while projecting a strong hotspot far ahead. Its softly delimited vertical cut-off reduces wasted light and prevents glare, making it suitable for road, off-road, and heavy equipment applications. The neutral 5000K colour temperature enhances visibility of terrain and obstacles, reduces eye strain, and pairs perfectly with LED, Xenon, or halogen headlights.

Built for demanding use, the Panther S540 Gen3 features an IP69K rating, a frameless Lexa polycarbonate lens, a durable aluminium frame, and a special protective coating for resistance against UV radiation, corrosion, chemicals, and harsh weather. Stylish dark optics, a two-colour parking light, and a premium finish give the lamp an elegant appearance both on and off.

The bar includes multiple installation options with end legs and width-adjustable lower mounts. The DTP connector on the power cable makes installation straightforward, and ready-made stabiliser mounting points are integrated into the body. Operating voltage of 9–32V ensures compatibility with both 12V and 24V systems.
