The Crawer Hyperios LED headlight kit for Fendt tractors is a complete lighting upgrade designed to replace standard halogen units with a modern, high-performance LED solution. Combining dipped beam, main beam and integrated halo (Angel Eyes) position light, this kit delivers both improved visibility and a distinctive, modern appearance.
Engineered specifically for Fendt machinery, the kit includes vehicle-specific adapter cables, allowing for a true plug-and-play installation without the need for wiring modifications. This makes it ideal for straightforward upgrades while maintaining full compatibility with the tractor’s original electrical system.
The Hyperios units utilise high-output LED technology, producing a clean white light (approx. 5500K) that significantly improves visibility during night work, road transport and poor weather conditions.

Each headlight unit integrates three key lighting functions:
• Dipped Beam (approx. 30W) – Controlled, wide illumination for normal driving
• Main Beam (approx. 55W) – Long-range visibility for open field or road use
• Halo Position Light (Angel Eyes) – Low-power LED ring for modern styling and visibility
This all-in-one design simplifies installation while improving overall lighting performance and aesthetics.

The Hyperios series is designed for demanding agricultural conditions, featuring a heavy-duty aluminium housing and impact-resistant lens for long-term durability. With an IP67 rating, the lights are fully protected against dust and water ingress, ensuring reliable operation in all weather conditions.
In addition, the units are fully EMC suppressed (CISPR Class 4), preventing interference with radios, GPS systems and onboard electronics—critical for modern tractors.
